Kinesis
Kinesis is a new way to get fit! You use resistance cables to push, pull and twist your way to a cardio/fat burning workout! I don't like to lift weights but needed to do some kind of strength training, and I love kinesis.

I am doing kinesis right now at UMD and its the best workout I have ever done, I have only had 6 sessions, but I have seen a difference in my body already. I am going to sign up for another 6 soon!

Do the sessions at UMD cost anything and if so, how much?? I am really hoping to start getting involved in an exercise class of some sort, cuz I gotta stand in 2 weddings this summer and gotta look fit!! Great post
ReplyDeleteIts a 120 for 6 sessions, right now I do it with two other friends and its only 45 each, so having a group of 2 or 3 helps bring down the cost. Also, after about 6 or more sessions you can be put on the list to do it by yourself with out an instructor. Its amazing you should try it out!
